At Bushmead we have built a friendly and welcoming place of learning. We take pride in our warm and positive atmosphere believing that happy children make good learners. We are firm advocates of valuing children for who they are, in addition to what they achieve. We feel it is just as important to praise effort as well as results!
It’s an excellent school with friendly and approachable staff. The standard of education and the methods used are also excellent in my opinion as I have seen the progress my child has made since starting in early years, also with the homeschooling zoom meetings, parents got the opportunity to see first hand the methods used and I was impressed, so my opinion is based on this.
I would highly recommend the school. It has a nurturing atmosphere and is child oriented. All the teachers including the Head are very approachable. The children are respected and encouraged to achieve but in a supportive manner.
Bushmead is a lovely school, everyone is so very dedicated to making the school a wonderful, safe and fun learning environment for all the children. We visited the school to have a look around just before submitting our school choices, our daughter was at ease and very inquisitive at all stages of the school tour and right then we knew it was the school for her... and have never looked back.
